Registration / Verification

1 What is user registration?

By registering you prove your identity. It’s a one-time procedure that you need to do so that we can identify you as a user.

2 What is user verification?

Our system verifies your identity as a user. Username and password are simple forms of user authentication.

3 What is proof of address and what documents can I use for it?

It is a legal document that clearly indicates your name and address. Documents that you can use as proof of address are as follows: utility bills (water, electricity, telephone); or credit card statement; or tax invoice; or address confirmation by local authorities.

4 What documents do I need to submit for verification?

You will have to submit a color photocopy of your passport or national ID card. Both must be in ENGLISH and must contain the following details: full name; series; number; date of birth; place of birth; issue date; expiry date; issuing authority.

5 What is the difference between login and password to access my trading account?

Login is needed to authenticate your identity, and it consists of a username and a password. The password can only be known to you so that nobody else has access to your account data, so don’t share it with any third party.

6 How do I change/recover my passwords?

For this you must first log in to the Secure Client Site Go to the Accounts page → in the Trading accounts section click on the link with the trading account number and select the password you want to change → SettingsChange trader password and enter your new trader password on the page that opens → The new trader password should be at least 5-symbol-long and contain 1 of these 3 types of symbols: upper case, lower case and digits → Confirm (confirm changes by answering the security questions) → Apply.

If you fail to update your password, you should send a request to datarecovery@uwcfx.com with the following information:

  • trading account number
  • code word (your phone password)
  • your full name

Also attach a color copy of your ID.

Remember to specify in your message the reason for changing/recovering your trader password.

7 How can I change/recover my code word (phone password)?

Log in to the Secure Client SiteAccounts → in the Trading Accounts section click on the link with the trading account number the code word (phone password) of which you need to change → SettingsChange phone password (enter your new phone password) → Confirm (this must be made by answering the security questions) → Apply.

If you fail to update your password, you should send a request to datarecovery@uwcfx.com with the following information:

  • trading account number
  • phone password
  • full name

Also attach a color copy of your ID.

Remember to specify in your message that you want to change/recover your phone password.

8 What is the Secure Client Site?

It is a password-protected login area that ensures security for all your data and transactions. After registration and verification you have full access to it, and all your transactions are processed under safe measures.
