1 Why are funds not available on my account although I transferred money to it?

You should contact our Financial Department to enquire about this. The message you send it should contain the following details:

  • trading account number
  • electronic purse number
  • payment amount
  • payment date
  • transaction number (if applicable)
  • SWIFT message (for bank wire transfers only)

2 How can I deposit via bank wire?

Log in to your account → Funds Deposit Deposit by Bank Wire → choose currency and insert amount → print the last bank details and forward it to your bank to proceed the transfer.

3 How long does it take to withdraw/deposit money by using different payment systems?

  • Deposits via Webmoney, Neteller and Moneybookers are processed instantly.
  • Withdrawals to Webmoney, Moneybookers, AlertPay and Liberty Reserve: processing request by manager 1-4 hours; time of receiving money 5-20 min.
  • Withdrawals to credit card: processing request by manager 1-4 hours; time of receiving money up to 10 business days.
  • Withdrawals to bank wire: processing request by manager 1-4 hours; time of receiving money 3-5 business days.
  • Withdrawal via internal transfer: instantly.

7 What are electronic payment fees and how are they applied?

Fees are service charges to be paid when using certain electronic payment methods, while there are also e-banking methods free of charge.

8 What are uncleared funds?

These are funds accredited to a client’s account and not available for withdrawal as they are currently being processed by our system.

9 How do I deposit money in my trading account?

You can deposit in your trading account via bank wire transfer, debit/credit card or via our e-payment systems (Neteller, Webmoney, Liberty Reserve, Moneybookers, AlertPay) found in our Secure Client Site

10 How do I withdraw funds from my account?

You can only do this on our Client Secure Site. Depending on your verification status (i.e. VERIFIED, UNVERIFIED), you can withdraw money via:

  • e-payment systems (Neteller, Liberty Reserve), available for unverified accounts and with limitations (see more at Trading account depositing)
  • e-payment systems (Neteller, Moneybookers, AlertPay), available only for verified accounts
  • bank wire transfer, only available for verified accounts
  • credit/debit card, only for verified accounts and the account must be credited by credit/debit card in advance.

11 Do I need to pay extra fees or commissions when making deposits or withdrawals?

When you deposit in your account or withdraw money via e-payment systems, via bank credit/debit card, you only need to pay the fees/commissions applicable to those systems, if any.

12 How do I transfer funds between my trading accounts?

First you must log in to our Secure Client Site, click on WITHDRAWAL and execute the transfer. For this you don’t need the manager’s confirmation.

13 What rules apply to depositing/withdrawing funds to/from my trading account?

If you are an UNVERIFIED client, you can use WebMoney and Liberty Reserve e-payment methods for deposits/withdrawals. The limitations for transferring amounts are: max. EUR250/day, max. EUR 1000/month and max. EUR 2500/year (or the equivalent amount in your trading account currency).

If you have a VERIFIED account, there are no limitations to deposits/withdrawals. You can only withdraw money to your credit/debit card if you funded your trading account with it. If you want to use another withdrawal method, you will have to withdraw all deposited money from your formerly used credit/debit card.

14 Is there a way for direct transfer between my MINIForex and LITEForex accounts?

Internal Transfer is a method of withdrawal, which allows you to transfer funds between your UWC trading accounts. Internal transfers are only possible between accounts connected to your profile. Internal transfers are instant, real-time and free of any commissions or charges.

15 What are the working hours of the Financial Department?

09.00 – 18.00 GMT+2, from Monday to Friday

16 How are my withdrawal requests processed?

They are processed manually by our Financial Department during the work hours 09.00-18.00 GMT+2 (trade terminal time), between Monday-Friday. Transfers are completed within 3 banking days from the client’s request. Our Financial Dept. staff are doing their best to process the request as early as on the day it was made.
