1 What is the UWC client profile and why do I need one?
The UWC client profile consists of a set of user information stored in the company’s uniform database. It is necessary for identifying significant operations between each client and our company (e.g. opening/depositing in/ withdrawals from trading account, etc).
The UWC client profile allows access to a unique interface through which various operations, not directly related to trading, can be performed in a simple and fast way.
2 How can I register my UWC client profile?
Before starting the registration process, we suggest reading our legal documents, then go to https://secure.uwcbank.com, where you can start the registration. You can find detailed instructions at http://fxtools.net/?page_id=153 or by contacting our support team via Live chat.
3 Why doesn’t the system let me register my UWC client profile, and why is the Continue button disabled?
If any problems occur at the first step of the registration at http://secure.uwcbank.com after you entered all required information in the New client form, you should check the following:
- have you entered the number code from the picture correctly;
- are there any fields of the form marked in red that you haven’t filled out;
- have you entered your full name containing at least 5 symbols and space symbol;
- have you used any other characters apart from Latin characters?
4 Why can’t I access my client profile at http://secure.uwcbank.com and receive an error message?
If you receive the error message There was an error while verifying your information. The login or password is incorrect, you should check the correctness of the details you entered in the Registered client form. You probably made an error when entering your login or password.
5 How can I retrieve my profile password?
If you forgot your profile password, you should send a request to support@uwcfx.com containing the following information:
- your profile’s email
- your full name
- trading account number
- phone password of your trading account
Also attach a color copy of your ID.
Remember to specify in your message that you want to retrieve your profile password.
6 How can I change the phone number in my client profile?
Log in to the Secure Client Site→ Profile → click Modify to next to your phone number → enter the new phone number on the page that opens → Check phone number → if you see the message You have a mobile phone number. Our system accepts it, confirm the changes by answering the security questions in the Authority verification section → Apply.
If you fail to update your phone number, please send a request to support@uwcfx.com including the following details:
- your profile’s email
- your full name
- trading account number
- new phone number
Also attach a color copy of your ID.
Remember to specify in your message that you want to update your profile phone number.
7 How can I change the residential address in my client profile?
To change the residential address in your profile, go to Profile → click Modify next to your residential address → enter your new address in the Modify residential address section → confirm the changes by answering the security questions in the Authority verification section → Apply.
If you fail to change your residential address, please send a request to support@uwcfx.com including the following information:
- your profile’s email
- your full name
- trading account number
- new residential address
Also attach color copy of your ID and proof of new address.
Remember to specify in your message that you want to update the residential address in your profile.
8 How can I verify my phone number?
Log in to the Secure Client Site → Profile → click Verify next to your phone number → select SMS verification method on the page that opens → click Verify telephone number → you will receive the verification code within a few minutes → enter the verification code on the next page.
If you fail to receive the verification code, you should contact our customer support team via Live chat or at support@uwcfx.com, and ask them to verify your phone number by giving you a phone call.
9 How can I verify my registration details (full name, residential address)?
Log in to the Secure Client Site → Profile → upload color copy of your ID and the proof of address in the Document uploader section.
The proof of address must not be older than 6 months, and it can be any of the following documents:
- utility bill (water, electricity, telephone)
- bank/credit card statement
- tax invoice
- address certificate from the local authorities.
Your verification request will be forwarded after you click the Send verification request button.
If you fail to send us your documents through the Secure Client Site, you should forward them to support@uwcfx.com. Remember to specify your trading account number or profile’s email.
10 How long does it take to verify my profile?
The verification process takes 1 (maximum 2) business days.
11 How can I retrieve my answers to the security questions?
If you forget your answers to the security questions, you should send a request to support@uwcfx.com. Remember to include the following details in your request:
- your profile’s email
- your full name
- trading account number
Also attach a color copy of your ID.
12 What are security questions and why do I need them?
Security questions are used for authentication. Whenever you want to make changes in your personalized Secure Client Site, you will be asked about the answers you gave to your selected security questions.
13 How can I delete my UWC client profile?
To delete your client profile, you should send a request to support@uwcfx.com including the following details:
- Your profile’s email
- Your full name
- Phone number specified in your profile
Also attach a color copy of your ID.
Remember to specify in your message that you want to delete your profile.
