CUSTOMER SERVICE

Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers online and provide information to inquiries
  • Assist new clients with registering and opening accounts
  • Resolve complaints/feedback about deposits/withdrawals
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Follow up customer interactions and record actions taken
Requirements
  • Very good product knowledge
  • Client-oriented with good interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability and stress tolerance
  • Excellent communication skills (mainly verbal)
  • Problem-solving skills
